So I’ve been gone a while. I actually have a number of stories to tell, but being back to work (ish) I don’t have a lot of time this week.
I went on a little trip visiting ailing family members in Cleveland OH, and Winston Salem NC. It’s hard seeing a whole generation falling apart, but I know that no one lives forever, and it’s important to focus on the good times we had. It was important to let people see the baby, some of them for the first time.
My travels were quite profitable however (well, not really, I found a lot of change, but also stayed in a lot of hotels which was pricy). But amoungst other things I found my first dollar bill (story to follow), a bunch of super damaged pennies from a fountain (story to follow), and that gas stations are really the best places to find change.
This is the last week where I’m the sole child care for the baby. After this week I’ll be able to expand on my travels, and give a new total update.
